By accessing or using this website ("Site"), operated by Think IT Consulting, LLC ("Think IT," "we," "us"), or by submitting a form on the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About Think IT

Think IT provides managed IT services, cybersecurity support, Microsoft 365 and cloud services, technology consulting, and related IT support for growing businesses. The Site is for general information and to let you request a consultation; it does not itself create a client relationship or a services agreement.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes only. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the Site's content, or remove any proprietary notices, without our written consent. 4. Consultation Requests & Submissions

Information you submit through our contact/consultation forms (such as your name, company, email, phone number, employee count, and a description of your IT needs) will be used to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential services, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Any scope, pricing, or service description discussed through the Site is preliminary and non-binding; a binding engagement is formed only through a separate signed services agreement with Think IT.

5. No Guarantee of Security or Results

While Think IT provides cybersecurity and IT support services, no method of transmitting or storing information online is completely secure, and the Site itself cannot guarantee protection against all threats. General information on the Site about IT, security, or technology practices is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for a tailored assessment of your systems by Think IT.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Think IT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any Site-related claim will not exceed $100. This limitation does not apply to any separately signed services agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Think IT harmless from any claims or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over Think IT's place of business in California.

We may update these Terms at any time; the Effective Date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
